  • Candidate Requirements

    • Must be a licensed massage therapist in the state of Oklahoma with professional liability insurance (we will consider current students who are soon to be licensed) - NEW graduates are welcome to apply!

    • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and required vehicle insurance

    • Must be skilled in DEEP tissue massage techniques

    • Must have availability for at least one weekend shift

    • Must be responsible and punctual, with excellent customer service & social skills

    • Must follow strict client confidentiality and safety protocols

    • Must build and maintain relationships with clients to help them pursue their wellness goals

    • Must deliver high quality, personalized, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs within scope of practice and licensing guidelines as applicable in our state

    • Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

    • Must demonstrate a commitment to exceeding the expectations of customers

    • BONUS POINTS if you are certified or experienced in cupping, assisted stretching, and prenatal massage

  • Potential Schedule

    • Mon 9-2

    • Tues 9-2

    • Wed 1-6

    • Thurs 9-2

    • Sun 1-6

    This is entirely flexible, but Full Time employees would work 5 days per week (OR see a minimum of 16 clients per week)! Our studio hours are Monday-Sunday 9-6. We will work with your preferences on how many clients you’d like to work on per week & breaks you need between clients. Please note that time off requests need to be submitted 2 months in advance, and employees may be expected to work on certain holidays.

  • Non-Massage Duties

    • Maintaining cleanliness of studio

    • Proper sanitization of all tools used

    • Laundry & folding sheets

    • Restocking supplies

    • Scheduling clients & collecting payments

  • What Elevate Offers You

    • Flat rate, biweekly pay (We do not accept tips)

    • Minimum starting rate at $54/60 min. session - negotiable based on experience

    • Employees will be eligible for pay raises every 6 months!

    • 2 paid training sessions before official start date ($100 per day)

    • First 60 days will be a “trial period” before you commit to a 1 year contract as a W-2 employee

    • Full Time Employees will have CE courses reimbursed up to $200 per year

    • Full Time Employees will receive complimentary gym membership up to $30/month
